Phased Implementation Approach
Phase 1: Market research and product idea validation
The objective was to provide recommendations on improving flexibility in billing options and product merchandising within Stripe. This included advising on effective implementation, configuration, and best practices for utilizing Stripe's features. Additionally, we explored other payment gateways or platforms to offer a well-rounded perspective. We facilitated smooth transitions between one-time payments and subscription-based transactions to enhance ongoing customer engagement. We also analyzed and proposed improvements to decrease cart abandonment rates. Additionally, we created strategies and techniques for effective cart merchandising.
